摘 要: 以微孔吸声结构原理为主要设计依据,研究开发一种可用于地铁特定环境下的环保型吸声材料。以膨胀水泥、轻质陶粒、粉煤灰及造孔剂、防水剂等为主要原料,为提高材料的强度和吸声性能,掺加了聚丙烯纤维,采用混凝土成型法成型。通过实验分析了材料的厚度、容重、孔结构以及聚丙烯纤维的长度、掺量对材料吸声性能的影响。结果表明:掺入聚丙烯纤维能在增加材料机械强度的同时,显著提高其吸声性能,尤其是高频吸声性能。 With the development of underground railways, sound-absorbing materials adapted to the specific environment of the subway have become a subject of interest. The sound-absorbing characteristics of a binder system containing cement, ceramisite, fly ash, and vesicant were investigated. The effect of the material's thickness, density and pore structure on the sound-absorbing characteristics was analyzed through testing. In order to improve the material strength and sound-absorbing characteristics, polypropylene fiber was added to the material. It is observed that the material's ability to absorb sound, especially high frequency sound, was enhanced when the material was combined with polypropylene fiber, and the mechanical strength was also improved.
