摘　　要： 根据超滤机的基本结构,探讨了单片机、可编程序控制器在超滤机中的应用,介绍了一种分级控制系统,并讨论了超滤机控制系统的发展方向,指出随着控制系统硬件成本的不断降低和控制软件功能的不断增强,超滤机控制系统将向过程自动化、控制智能化、功能集成化的方向发展。 According to the basic structure of ultrafiltration device, the applications of single.chip and programmable logic controller to the ultrafiltration control system are investigated, and a layered control system is introduced. Moreover, the development direction of the control system is discussed. A conclusion is finally drawn that, with the decrease in hardware cost and with the improvement of software function, the control system of ultrafiltration device tends to an automatic, intelligent and integrated development.
