摘　　要： 轴类零件广泛地应用在各种机械设备中。在同一系列设备中,轴端由于工作环境的差异可能会要求使用不同联接形式。以往都要准备多套设计方案来解决此类问题。基于UG软件平台,可以通过变型设计的方法来让一套装配模型根据实际要求选用不同形式的轴端并且自动更换相应的标准件。这样就使装配模型具有了更高的参数化水平。 The axle-parts are used widely in mechanical equipments. Because of the differences of the working situation, one series axle head could need various assembless formats. In past, some projects should be made to sovle this problem. Now transformed design enable one model to choose suitable axle head formation base on UG software. As a result, the model can be more parameterized.
