摘　　要： 在软件测试过程中,人的可靠性是影响测试有效性的一个重要因素。本文在对常用的人的可靠性分析方法进行了阐述的基础上,针对不同分析方法的特点分析了软件测试中影响人的可靠性的相关因素,并就如何提高软件测试中人的可靠性提出了具体的措施和建议。 Humen reliability is a very Important factor that must be considered during software testing process.This article illustrates three common Human Reliability Analysis （HRA） methods at first,then applying the methods according their respective characteristics to analysis the corresponding human errors end the potential factors that causing men to make mistakes during software testing process,The purpose of this work Is that to find effective measures to Improve human reliability during the testing process.
