摘 要: 作为晚清时期的一位《春秋》公羊学者,王闿运在解说《春秋》灾异的过程中,与历代公羊学者言说灾异有较大差异:一方面,他对董、何所创立的灾异说不以为然,欲离舍其“天人相与”的神秘说教;另一方面,他既表现出灾异说的传统思维,又将人事与天象紧密结合在一起,似乎难以忘怀灾异说。这样就形成了王闿运春秋学之灾异说的两难困境。其主要原因在于王闿运尊经意识、今古不分、汉宋兼采的经学特色与对西学模糊认识所致。在晚清经学走向终结的时代,王闿运的“两难”灾异观无疑对此具有消解作用。 As one of the Gongyang scholars of the late Qing dynasty,who studied The Spring and Autumn Annals,Wang Kaiyun greatly differed from other Gongyang scholars of past dynasties in explaining disaster.For one thing,he did not agree with Dong Zhongshu and He Xiu in explanations of disaster,likely to depart from the mysterious sermon of 'cooperation of the Heaven and human'.For another,he not only revealed the traditional thoughts on disaster,but also tightly connected human affairs with astronomical phenomena,which shows that he could not really get rid of the old explanations of disaster.Thus,it seems that Wang Kaiyun was in the dilemma of the explanations of disaster when he decoded The Spring and Autumn Annals.This dilemma was caused by Wang Kaiyun's consciousness of respecting scripture and blurring the present schools and ancient schools,by the scriptural features that are adopted both of Han learning and Song learning,and by the vague understanding of Western learning.In the era when the scripture of the late Qing dynasty went towards the end,doubtlessly Wang Kaiyun's dilemma in the explanations of disaster played a dissolving role.
