摘 要: 采用浇注成型的方法,用中位径D50为1.80μm的偏高岭土和磷酸盐溶液按P2O5与Al2O3的摩尔比为0.202混合,可以获得胶凝性能和力学性能较好的胶凝材料,常温下,6h内即可达到终凝,7d抗压强度可达92.5MPa。利用红外光谱、扫描电镜和X射线晶相衍射分析了铝硅磷质胶凝材料的物相组成、微观结构及凝结、反应机理。铝硅磷质胶凝材料的相组成在1000℃仍为无定形态,具有良好的中高温稳定性,耐火度高达1550℃。 Casting was used to prepare a cementing material of metakaolinite and phosphate (the molar ratio of P2O5 to Al2O3 is 0.202), which had high strength and setting property. It shows that the cementing material prepared with metakaolinite of medium partical size 1.80μm could completely set in 6 h and has a compressive strength of 92.5 MPa in 7 d. The phase composition, microstructure, and mechanism of setting reaction of the cementing materials were researched by infrared spectrum, X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The main phase of material still keeps amorphous state until 1 000℃, so it has better stability at high and medium temperatures. On the other hand, the refractoriness of the material reaches to 1 550℃.
