摘　　要： 以引进筛选品种与国内主栽品种的生产性能比较发现,从加拿大引进筛选的T a、Tb菌株表现出高产性状,其出菇早,且出菇整齐,菇型适中,尤其是Tb菌株,表现为菇肉细嫩、口感好等性状,但其开伞状况较A s2796相对差一些;在病虫害方面,T a、Tb抗性表现相对较好,且Tb优于T a.提出Tb可作为设施栽培的品种,Tb在稻草培养料中子实体生长规律符合负指数增长曲线,出菇期集中,产量高. Taking the varieties of Agaricus bisporus Ta, Tb and L, which were introduced from Canada and suitable for facility cultivation, and the main domestic variety As2796 as research subjects, we have found with a comparative study that, Strains Ta and Tb are of high production capability and good resistance to diseases but their mushroom shape is not as good as that of As2796. Therefore, it is suggested that Strain Tb be suitable for facility cultivation. When it is cultivated in straw culture, it grows quickly and its mushroom matures in the similar time with high initial output and high ultimate output.
