摘　　要： 随着互联网在高校校园的日益普及,网络对大学生的影响日趋增大,网络道德失衡问题在大学生群体中也日渐凸现。然而,由于网络社会运行规律的独特性,使得建立有效的网络社会控制机制相当不易。因此,着眼于内在控制机制建设,激发大学生的自律意识,增强大学生的“慎独”精神,不仅很有必要,而且更为现实。 With the increasing popularity of internet on college campus, the influenee of interact to college students is increased, the problem of immoral conduct on the internet has also become prominent in the college student population. However,because of the unique nature of operating rules of sociely on the internet, the establishment of an effective control mechanism of society on the interact is rather difficult. Therefore, on h,eus the internal control mechanism, stimulste the sense of self - discipline and strengthen the spirit of ＂self- supcrvision＂ of college students is not only necessary,but also more realistic.
