摘 要: 介绍了基于IGES接口的注射成型CAE系统流道建模方法,通过对IGES接口文件的解析,将其中的直线、圆弧及参数曲线导入到注射成型CAE系统中,以该曲线作为流道中轴线,按照指定的截面形状以一维等分离散化的方式划分生成流道网格模型。该方法加强了CAE软件与CAD软件的交互性,提高了其通用性能。 An IGES interface-based CAE modeling method for the sPrue-runner of injection molding was introduced. The analysis on IGES interface document led the straight lines, arcs and parametric curves in the CAE system of injection molding. Then the curves were used as the axle wire of sprue-runner; its model of grid of meshes was thus established according to the designated cross sectional shape and partitioning method of unidimensional equation discretization. The developed modeling approach strengthens the interactivity of CAE technique and CAD system, and thus enhances their comprehensive performance.
