摘 要: 随着信息时代的来临,企业充斥着各种各样纷繁复杂的信息,如何能够抽取并应用计算机辨识这些信息,用已有的经验来指导现今的工作显得越来越重要。文章分析了基于本体进行企业流程诊断的过程,其中采用OWL本体描述语言对企业本体进行形式化描述,应用概念相似度、相关度计算进行语义匹配计算,阐述了整个流程诊断语义匹配模块整体框架和特点。 Along with the Information Age, corporations are full of all kinds of information.How to extract, use computer to identify these information and use existent experience to instruct the work changed more important. The paper mainly analyzes the process of enterprise's flow diagnose based on ontology, uses OWL ontology language to describe enterprise ontology, and puts forward the Semantic Matching based ontology, finally, expatiates the whole frame of the flow diagnose system's semantic matching module.
