摘　　要： 网络化协同产品开发是网络化制造技术的重要组成部分,是企业适应全球化竞争,提高核心竞争力的关键所在。在给出网络化协同产品开发定义的基础上,阐述了其基本特征、技术特征和功能特征。同时,深入探讨了网络化协同产品开发机理及其概念模型、协同模型和形成过程,从全局与系统的层次上建立了网络化协同产品开发的框架体系。最后,通过企业汽车产品开发实例说明了该思想。 Networked Collaborative Product Development（NCPD） is an important constitution of Networked Manufacturing technology, and is the core of increasing enterprise competition. Based on the definition of NCPD, the basic features, technology features, and function features of NCPD were explained. Furthermore the conceptual model, collaborative model and forming mechanism of NCPD were put forward, which provides the guide for erecting the whole study frame of NCPD. Finally, an example of automobile product development was analyzed.
