摘　　要： 随着篮球职业化改革的深入,近年来我国篮球后备人才培养的“一条龙”体系已经发生了很大变化.文章运用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查、观测和数理统计等研究方法,对我国优秀篮球后备人才的培养途径、地域特点、训练水平、学训矛盾等方面的现状进行了较为深入的研究,提出了相应的建议,为相关部门制定相应的管理措施提供参考。 With the development of professional reform, our country＇ s basketball reserve talents cultivating system has changed dramatically. The methods of literature, interview, questionnaire, observation, and statistics were employed in this paper to study the cultivating path, the regional characteristics, training level, and the contradiction between learning and training Relative suggestions were also put forward as the references to implement management measures.
