摘 要: 库克对研究生参加工作后,创造力在增长期过后出现下降并且低水平徘徊不前的现象作了描述,指出人员创造力的下降会造成人员流动和流失,这对企业的影响十分不利。因此企业人力资源管理工作应强化职业锚理论、压力管理、情感管理、企业文化和人力资源发展战略等方面工作。 Cook described the phenomenon that the postgraduates' creativity will keep decreasing and stagnating in the low growth period after the growth period. And the decline of staff's creativity will cause the staff's mobility and loss, which is a very adverse impact to businesses. So enterprises should carry on the human resources management from the following aspects, such as career anchor theory, stress management, emotional management, corporate culture and human resources development strategy.
