摘　　要： 文章以某省属大学近三年毕业的硕士研究生为调查对象,运用调查研究的方法对该校三年制硕士研究生培养模式进行研究。通过研究发现三年制研究生培养模式存在着培养时间分配不合理、培养过程不完善、培养评价不科学等问题,为硕士研究生培养模式的变革提供了参考依据。 The article is the university near three year graduations take some province master the graduate student as the investigation object, makes master using the investigation and study method to this school three years the graduate student to raise the pattern to conduct the research. Through the research discovered three year system graduate students raise the pattern to have the raise time assignment not not reasonably, the raise process imperfect, questions and so on raise appraisal not science, the graduate student raised the pattern for master the transformation to provide the reference.
