摘 要: 劳动合同期限制度打破了几十年的劳动关系“终身制”,但仍存在不少问题,不利于劳动关系稳定,与劳动合同的解除之间缺乏良好的衔接。完善的劳动合同期限制度应以无固定期限合同为主,并建立新型固定期限劳动合同。 The regulation of the term of laboring contract puts an end to the permanent laboring relation system that was in practice for tens of years. However, some problems still exist, which are harmful to the stability of the laboring relationship. There lacks a proper connection between the regulation of the term of laboring contract and the regulation of laboring contract termination. A perfect regulation of the term of laboring contract should be 'no fixed time limit contract,' with the establishment of new type fixed time limit laboring contract.
