摘　　要： “副”是现代汉语中一个很常用的量词,“副”的用法也是对外汉语教学中的一个难点。本文在分析“副”的认知语义的基础上,结合例证把其意义细分为三个小类,并分别对其搭配情况及当前人们在“副”的理解上存在的一些问题作了分析和解释。 Fu（副） is a measure word which is of common use in Modern Chinese. This paper makes a cognitive semantic analysis of Fu （副） and differentiates three different meanings of it. Then it discusses the collocation of Fu（副） and other issues concerning its understanding.
