摘 要: 以钛铁矿为原料,采取SAS工艺制备TiO2及掺铁的光催化剂,对制药废水进行了降解实验。研究了煅烧温度、掺铁比例、投加量、pH值、附加曝气等条件对废水降解率的影响。结果表明:700℃的TiO2在两种光源(紫外光和太阳光)下3h的降解率分别为79%和75%;太阳光下掺铁0.5%的TiO23h降解率为82%;两种光源下的最佳投加量分别为2.0g/L和2.5g/L,降解率分别为79%和85%;pH=2的废水3h降解率分别为83%和79%;附加曝气的废水降解率比其它两种的高13%和11%。 Using limonite as raw material and SAS process, TiO2 and its mixing with iron that were used as light catalysis to degrade a kind of pharmaceutics wastewater were investigated. It found the burnt temperature, mixed ratio of iron, pH and aeration had influences on CODcr removal from the wastewater, 79% and 75% removal were got for the produced TiO2 under conditions of 3 h long degradation, two light sources including UV and the Sun light, and the later light increase the removal up to 82% for the mixed TiO2 with iron of 0.5%, the best addition doses of the two catalysis were 2.0 g/L and 2.5 g/L respectively, which caused 79% and 85% removal individually, at pH of 2.0 the removal were 83% for TiO2 as well as 79% for the mixed TiO2, 1 h aeration increased more removal of 13% for the former and 11% for the later than the treatment by supersonics and magnetic stirring respectively.
