摘　　要： 根据夏、商、周的西疆所至,其“西被于流沙”多为不实。夏朝“西被于流沙”的地望,恐谓今内蒙古腾格里沙漠为胜。 According to historical records, it is not true that the west territories of Xia, Shang and Zhou dynasties reached as far as ＂the flowing sands＂. It is probable that their west territories ended in the Tengery desert in the present Inner Mongolia.
