摘 要: 在分析原料粒度、萃取压力、温度、时间、二氧化碳流量等5个单因素对蚕蛹油萃取率的影响基础上,通过正交实验对5个因素进行了优化,确定了超临界萃取的最佳工艺参数为:原料粒度20~40目、萃取温度35℃、萃取压力15MPa、CO_2流量30kg/h、萃取时间3.0h。采用该萃取工艺条件的蚕蛹油萃取率为23.28%。研究结果可为蚕蛹的综合开发利用提供技术参考。 Based on the analysis of the effects of operation conditions on the extraction rate, an orthogonal experimental design was employed to optimize the extraction conditions with respects to granularity of pupal powder, pressure, temperature, time and flow rate of CO2. The optimum conditions for maximum yield were confirmed as follows, granularity of pupal powder 20~40 meshes, extraction temperature 35 ℃, pressure 15 MPa, extraction time 3.0 h and flow rate of carbon dioxide 30 kg/h. The results have laid foundation for the general application of silkworm chrysalis.
