摘 要: 首先基于电荷泵原理提出了一种新的无源电子标签电源产生电路结构,并提出了结构简化的算法.然后基于提出的电路结构和算法,给出了特高频无源电子标签电源产生电路的设计实例.设计实例结果表明,提出的电路结构和算法在产生相同输出电压情况下,简化了电路结构,提高了电源产生电路的整流效率. A new architecture of power generation circuit is proposed based on charge pump principle. Then an algorithm is designed to simplify the power generation circuit architecture. Finally, using the novel architecture and algorithm, an example of power generation circuit applied in ultra high frequency (UHF) passive transponder integrated circuit (IC) is given. The results prove that the architecture and algorithm simplify power generation circuits and enhance the circuit efficiency when providing the same output voltage.
