摘 要: 核心员工在企业有着举足轻重的地位,当前核心员工已成为企业创新发展的主体。本文依据心理契约理论,在分析现代企业核心员工行为特征的基础上,提出要留住和激励核心员工,只有在招聘、培训、激励等方面重构人力资源管理体系。 Core staff play a critical role in the organizations. Now, core staff became the central power to push the development of organizations. This article, which analys the behaviour of core staff in modem entreprises, identifies contain methodologies to keep and motivate core staff based on "psychological contract" theory.
