摘　　要： 本文揭示了代际外部性问题存在的根源,借鉴解决行为外部性及代际外部性问题的一般方法,在对前人研究的基础上,就如何有效地解决资源代际配置中的代际外部性问题进行了理论探讨。提出通过对资源进行“与社会技术发展速度相匹配的资源定价”这一创新性的方式来调节资源在代际之间的合理配置,解决代际外部性问题,以促进可持续发展的实现。 This article will emphatically promulgate the root which extemality of inter-generational will exist, outside the model solution behavior outside the nature and externality of inter-generational general method, will unify to a externality of inter-generational particular analysis, in to the predecessor theory critique and in the development foundation, how to on will solve effectively in the resources generation of border disposition affects the sustainable development externality of inter-generational the effective way to make some concrete theory discussion specifically, and proposed ＂through carries on the resources fixed price method to the resources which matches with the society technical level development speed＂ this innovative way adjusts the resources between generation of border reasonable disposition, solve the externality of inter-generational, promotes the sustainable development realization.
