摘　　要： 2004年秋至2006年春,郑州牧业工程高等专科学校附属兽医院接诊的452例奶牛消化系统疾病的病例中,诊断为皱胃溃疡的有37例,其中非穿孔性皱胃溃疡32例,穿孔性皱胃溃疡5例。1胎次奶牛发生皱胃溃疡的有11例,2胎次的有8例,3胎次的有9例,4胎次以上的有5例,育成牛3例,初生1个半月龄的犊牛1例。在发病时间上,奶牛产后1个月发生皱胃溃疡的有8例,产后2个月发生溃疡的有10例,产后3个月发生溃疡的有7例,产后4个月发生溃疡的有4例,产后5个月以上发生溃疡的有4例。经过中西医综合治疗,治愈28例,死亡4例,6例因病程较长,体质虚弱,贫血严重,不能站立,继发腹膜炎等被淘汰,治愈率为75.68%。 From Autumn in 2004 to Spring in 2006, We met 452 digestive system cases of cattle in total at Zhengzhou College of Animal Husbandry Engineering Animal Hospital, and 37 cases were diagnosed as Abomasal Ulceration. Among them , 32 cases were unperforated Abomasal Ulceration, 5 cases were perforated ulcer. There are 11 cases among the cows of 1st parity, 8 cases among the cows of 2nd parity, 9 cases among the cows of 3rd parity, 5 cases among the cows above 4th parity, 3cases among growing cows, 1 case among the cows of one and a half month old. During the 1st month in postpartum, 8 cows had Abomasal Ulceration, and 10 cases during the 2nd month, and 7 cases during the 3rd month, and 4 cases during the 4th month, and 4 cases after the 5th month in total. Under the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, 28 head of cattle were cured, and 4 cows died. 6 cows were out of use, for long course of illness, poor physique, severe Anaemia, difficulty in standing, and following Peritonitis. The cure rate is 75.68%.
