摘 要: 针对分散式风力太阳能混合发电系统的特点,提出了基于分级模糊控制器的风力太阳能混合发电能量管理控制方法,设计了一四级分级模糊控制器来实现对系统的能量管理和控制;并对所设计的能量管理系统进行了仿真研究,仿真结果表明所设计的控制器具有良好的控制性能,证明此方案是可行的。 Affected by load and environment, the wind-PV hybrid generation system is a nonlinear and uncertain multi-input/output system, Those characteristics affect the reliability and stability of the power provided the load. Aimed at the dispersive characteristics of the wind-PV hybrid generation system, a wind-PV hybrid generation management system (EMS) based on hierarchical fuzzy controller was presented. A four level hierarchical fuzzy controller was designed to realize energy management and control of the hybrid generation system. Simulation tests show the system possesses fine robustness performance, and the design is feasible.
