摘 要: 阐明混炼胶于口型流动中挤出胀大比B与出口压力降ΔPexit之间基本上呈幂律关系。应用文献中提出的数学模型,预测了两种混炼胶于毛细管挤出过程中的ΔPexit值。结果表明.ΔPexit在末端压力损失中所占比例β随着剪切速率的增加而有所减小,β的平均值为15%─18%。 it was shown in this paper that the power-law existed between the die swellratio B and the exit pressure drop ΔPexit, of the rubber mix during flowing in the extruder die.The ΔPexit values of two rubber mixes during capillary extrusion were predicted using themathematic model proposed in the previous paper. The result showed that the proportion P ofoP..i, to the end pressure drop cp..d decreased as the shear ratio increased,the average valueof β was 15%-18%.
