摘　　要： 依据租金距离衰减规律分析了临街深度对商业集聚和商业经营的影响,提出改善路网结构和路网密度是解决临街深度问题的主要途径。基于临街深度对商业经营的影响和一般空间布局中出现的临街深度问题,从步行商业街的优势空间布局模式的选择主要是参考城市主次干道影响下的交通流、人流、客流三者相适应与相矛盾的基本情况,把不可避免而存在的临街深度问题减少其影响程度至最低这一角度出发,针对目前步行商业街的线型和点线面组合型两种空间形态进行了分析研究,探讨了干道中心夹击式和椭环式立体结构两种优势空间布局形态。 According as the law of the rent distance attenuation,this article analyzed that the depth of frontage effects on the clusters and the management of the business along with brought forward prime approaches to resolve the problems by improving the structure and density of the road-net.Based on the depth of frontage this article discussed the superorlty space layout modes of the pedestrian malls aiming at two space layouts that the linetype and combination of point, line, and surface in the pedestrian malls at the present from the angle of mainly referencing the basis situation that the flow of traffic, people and passengers under the influence of primary and secondary trunk road of cities were on speaking terms or conflicting and minimizing the inevitable depth of frontage to choose a superiority space layout mode for the pedestrian mall.
