摘 要: 新型液压起重器是具有我国自主知识产权的安装大型电力设备的施工设备。在其驱动机构的研制过程中,应用TR IZ理论进行分析,明确并消除了在油缸结构设计、钢绳布置设计中的两个技术矛盾,达到了创新设计的目的。新型液压起重器的设计表明,TR IZ理论是实现产品创新的有效工具。把综合运用TR IZ理论与设计者的领域知识和实践经验结合,就能获得设计问题的特定解。 The new hydraulic hoisting jack is a construction equipment with our own knowledge property, which is used to install large-sized electrical equipment. TRIZ theory is used to analyze the design problem. In the study the driving mechanism, two technological contradictions in the design of the oil urn structure and lay out of the steel ropes ard defined and eliminated, and finally innovation design is accomplished. The activity demonstrates that TRIZ is a useful tool to achieve product innovation, with the combination of TRIZ and the designer's expertise and experiences, the solution of a design problem could be finally achieved .
