摘 要: 面对日益激烈的市场竞争,企业必须利用竞争情报系统,提升企业战略决策水平.本文通过分析企业目前使用竞争情报的现状,把握竞争情报系统进行信息采集与分析的常用方法,提出面向企业战略决策的竞争情报系统应如何进行情报采集与分析工作的具体方法,这对构建一个对企业决策起重要辅助和参考价值的CIS有重要的启示. Facing the market competitions, companies need to improve their decision-making by using CIS. This paper makes a research on how the companies use their competitive Intelligence, including the collecting methods and analytic tools. Basing on it, some basic rules and detail methods are suggested to help intelligence Collecting and Intelligence analyzing in strategic decision oriented CIS.
