摘　　要： 某巨型水压机分配器的原有凸轮过渡曲线压力角过大,导套经常断裂。从过渡曲线的升程、转动行程、曲线形状三方面优化设计过渡曲线。长期工程应用表明,过渡曲线设计合理,导套至今工作正常。 The original profile of cam in hydraulic press＇s distributor is not proper, its pressure angle is excessive, so that the guide sleeve is broken. Based on lift range, rotary range and profile, the profile of the cam is optimized. Long practical application shows that the profile is proper and the guild sleeve works normally till now .
