摘 要: 针对哈里伯顿1400型压裂泵连接螺栓全部发生断裂的严重事故展开了研究,首先对断口的微观组织形貌进行分析,发现由于部分连接螺栓存在着淬火裂纹引起了部分螺栓的准解离断裂;进一步对装配结构进行了分析,发现连接螺栓装配结构设计严重不合理,两个方面的因素相互作用,从而导致连接螺栓发生了全部断裂。 Owing to all the connecting bolts of Halliburton 1400 fracturing pump have fractured, it is necessary to survey the reason. On the one hand we have found that the rupture of some connecting bolts is quasi-dissociation rupture by studying the microstructure pattern of rupture. On the other hand, we have found that fabricated structure design of connecting bolts is severity irrationality. Therefore we can concluded that the fore mentioned reasons have caused all the connecting bolts generated rupture.
