摘 要: 以芦丁为标准品,紫外扫描确定其最大吸收波长为506nm,建立了芦丁标准工作曲线的回归方程:Y=0.0168X-0.0054,相关系数R2=0.9991。利用乙醇—回流提取法测定了金黄芒果废弃物中总类黄酮的含量为62.36mg/g,并通过重现性、加标回收率和稳定性试验,说明用分光光度法测定金黄芒果总类黄酮含量的可靠性。 This thesis introduced the rutin being taken as the standard sample, the regresstion equation was established, Y=0.016 8X-0.005 4 and R^2=0.999 1. The total flavonoid content was 62.36 mg/g of the golden mango offal was determined. And by the experiment of recurrence, reclamation ratio and stability, the credibility of determining mango offal total flavonoid content by, spectrophotometry was testified.
