摘 要: 运用电化学方法研究了化学镀镍层经化学钝化处理和未化学钝化处理时抗氧化能力的变化情况,同时讨论了在自制复合添加剂AKM-H(由一种有机二元酸和一种含氮有机物复配而成)作用下,镀层抗硝酸黑化时间增加及镀层阳极氧化峰发生正移的现象。试验表明,化学钝化处理的和镀液中使用添加剂的镀层具有更好的抗氧化性能。通过分析添加剂AKM-H对次亚磷酸钠氧化的促进和对镍还原的抑制机理,认为AKM-H是通过改变镀层的晶态结构而提高其抗氧化性能的。 The antioxidation behavior of the electroless Ni coatings before and after chemical passivation treatment was investigated using electrochemical method, and the effect of a complex additive ARM - H ( composed of an organic acid and a N - containing organic compound) on the corrosion resistance in nitric acid and electrochemical oxidation potential of the electroless Ni coating was examined as well. It was found that the chemically passivated electroless Ni coating and the one prepared from the plating bath containing the AKM-H additive had better antioxidation ability. Moreover, the AKM-H additive was able to increase the oxidation potential and corrosionresistance in nitric acid of the eleclmless Ni coaling. The reason could lie in that the AKM-H additive was able to promote the oxidation of sodium hypophosphate and retard the reduction of Ni2+ , and hence to cause changes in the crystalline structure of the Ni coating and increase its antioxidation ability.
