摘　　要： 苏云金芽孢杆菌对多种昆虫具有特异毒杀作用,虽然对其作用机理有了一定的了解,但对昆虫随之出现的抗性研究还很不深入。利用秀丽隐杆线虫这种模式动物并结合基因芯片技术和基因组学研究,为详细了解苏云金芽孢杆菌毒素的作用机理、昆虫对毒素的抗性机理和研究更加高效的生物杀虫制剂提供了新的思路。 Bacillus thuringiensis toxin was toxic to some insect pests, but safe for other organisms. Although we have some knowledge about its toxic mechanism, little research on insect resistance to Bacillus thuringiensis toxin was done. To use Caenorhabditis elegance, a model animal, combining gene chip technique and genome technique, will be the new approach for studying the mechanisms of Bacillus thuringiensis toxins, and also provide a new way for studying insect resistance mechanisms and developing more effective bio-pesticides.
