摘 要: 综述了壳聚糖作为可吸收手术缝合线的研究进展,提出了目前存在的问题。认为在制备手术缝合线之前有必要对壳聚糖进行预处理,此外缝合线降解的速度应与伤口愈合的速度相互匹配。壳聚糖手术缝合线今后的发展方向是将壳聚糖与其他功能材料混合使用,并根据不同伤口愈合速度,制作具有不同降解速率的手术缝合线。 This paper detailedly reviewed the development of chitosan used for surgical suture line all over the world, and put forward some problems at present It was considered that the pretreatment of chitosan was necessary before making into surgical suture line. Furthermore, the degradation rate of the surgical suture line of chitosan must match up to the cicatrization speed of wound. The development of the surgical suture line of chitosan should aim at blending ehitosan with other functional materials and making various surgical suture lines of chitosan with degradation speed for different kinds of wound.
