摘 要: 成人教育的对象有着自身的特点,在对成人班级进行管理的时候不能使用“一刀切”模式。以相互理解和尊重为基础,通过沟通选拔班干、树立班风、严格管理等方法,使成人教育走出困境,焕发生机。在此过程中,良好的沟通有着重要的意义。 Adult education has its own character. In order to improve the quality of adult education, it is necessary to choose skilled monitor and to create good atmosphere and to administrate strictly on the bases of interact communication. Not all single pattern was fit to the management of adult class. It plays a pivotal role in interact communication in adult education.
