摘 要: 人类学是从日常活动中与人相依的真实、复杂与虚拟的情境来研究职业能力开发的。在人类学视野中,职业能力开发是社会实践的一个方面,职业能力的开发过程,就是受训者在实践共同体中以"合法的边缘性参与"的方式,对不断变化的社会实践的理解和参与过程。它强调职业能力开发必须培养完整的人,必须与生活世界相联系。 Anthropology research the development of vocational abilities from the authentic, complex and dummy context which is dependent with people in dailay life. In the viewsight of anthropology, the development of vocational abilities is an aspect of social practice, the development process of vocational abilities is that the trainees understand and participate in the continuous changing social practice by the mode of "legitimate peripheral participation" in the community of practice, which emphasize that the development of vocational abilities must cultivate the whole person and connect with the living world.
