摘 要: 通过田间小区试验和室内分析,研究了湖南省的代表性旱耕地土壤固定态铵在作物不同生育期的动态变化规律及其释放情况。结果表明:在作物生育期间,土壤固定态铵含量在前期迅速上升,后期下降;土壤中“新固定的”固定态铵几乎能全部释放,“原有的”固定态铵也有部分释放;土壤固定态铵与碱解氮的动态变化基本一致;作物吸氮量和生物产量与固定态铵的释放量之间无明显相关性,但二者均与土壤的总氮素供应量有显著相关性。 By the method of field plot experiment and laboratory determination, dynamic change and release of fixed ammonium in upland soils during crops growth period were studied. The resuhs showed that the contents of fixed ammonium increased at early growth period and decreased at late developmental stage. The availability of recently fixed ammonium was far higher than inherently fixed ammonium. Most of the recently fixed ammonium was released. Dynamic changes of the fixed ammonium contents in soil in different growth period were in accord with available N content changes. The correlation anlaysis indicated that total N uptake were not associated with biomass but both of them correlated significantly with net release of soil N (P 〈 0.05).
