摘 要: 详细分析了当前炼油厂蒸汽动力系统实际运行计划调度中影响因素,针对这些因素,提出了相应的优化策略。建立了蒸汽动力系统多周期最优运行调度的混合整数线性模型(MILP),并开发了优化运营软件sPsOpti。应用实例证明了模型和软件的有效性和必要性,分析了运行费用与系统运行柔性的关系,提出了蒸汽动力系统运行的改进方向,为实际的运行起到了指导作用。 The impact factors of steam power system operational planning are elaborated in this paper. A mixed integer linear programruing (MILP) model that involves all the impact factors is established to optimize the multiperiod operational planning of steam power system. And a steam power system operational planning optimization software SPSOpti is developed based on the established MILP model. A case study is used to testify the applicability of the model and software and the result shows that using SPSOpti, significant savings can be obtained by optimizing the utility system operation at no capital investment as well as steady and safety process operation can be ensured.
