±800kV云广直流输电工程对南方电网安全稳定的影响
Study on Impacts of ±800 kV Yunnan-Guangdong HVDC Transmission Project on Security and Stability of China Southern Power Grid

摘  要: 南方电网将于2010年建成投产±800kV云南—广东直流输电工程,潮流稳定计算结果表明,南方电网规划的输电网络可满足2010年贵州送广东8GW、云南送广东7.8GW的要求,并有约10%的送电裕度。通过研究电网接线、旋转备用、开机方式、云南大型水电站接入系统方式、动态无功补偿装置、直流调制、直流运行方式等因素对云南送电广东极限的影响,发现交直流系统并联运行时,影响云电外送极限的主要因素是昆明、广西电网电压支持能力不足。提出了提高云南送电广东极限的措施,包括增加楚雄换流站的电容器组2×160Mvar、增加云南东部火电开机和广东东部开机、云南大型水电分散接入电网等措施。云广直流孤岛运行方式,可提高云电外送极限3GW,建议云广直流的工程设计应能满足直流孤岛运行及交直流并联运行方式的要求。 ±800 kV Yunnan-Guangdong ultra high voltage direct current (UHVDC) transmission project will be put in operation in China southern power grid in 2010. Based on the study of load flow and stability in China Southern Power Grid, it is found that the planning power transmission network can meet the requirement of transmitting electric power of 8GW from Guizhou to Guangdong and 7.8 GW from Yunnan to Guangdong in the year of 2010, the transmission margin will be about 10%. By means of analyzing the impacts of such factors as system configuration, spinning reserve, scenario of generator operating modes, Yunnan hydro power station connecting system mode, dynamic reactive power compensation, DC modulation, UHVDC operation mode, etc., on outward power transmission limit of Yunnan, it is found that the main factor impacting power transmission limit from Yunnan will be the insufficient voltage support of both Kunming power grid and Guangxi power grid under the parallel operation of AC power transmission system with UHVDC power transmission. Thus the authors propose measures to improve the power transmission limit from Yunnan to Guangdong, including increasing the capacity of capacitor banks in Chuxiong converter station by 2×160 Mvar, increasing thermal power generator's active outputs in eastern part of Yunnan and in the eastern part of Guangdong, dispersedly connecting large-scale hydropower station in Yunnan into power grid, etc. The outward power transmission limit of Yunnan can be increased by 3GW under the island operating mode of UHVDC power transmission, so it is suggesled that the engineering project of Yunnan- Guangdong UHVDC power transmission should satisfy the requirements of both AC/DC parallel operation and island operation of UHVDC power transmission.
