摘　　要： 秘书专业实训教学因学科特点 ,实训环境受限 ,实施难度大 ,如何采取有效的实训教学模式 ,保证实训模块应有的教学效果 ,满足人才培养的需要 ,成为教学工作者深入研究的课题。 The practical training courses for the secretary major are difficult to carry out because of the specialty characteristics of the secretarial discipline and the restriction from the environment of the practical training process. Therefore, it is of critical importance to take effective methods to ensure the realization of the teaching purposes of the practical training courses and satisfy the demand for the cultivation of human resources.
