摘 要: 运用MPI模流分析软件模拟电脑面板注塑件在注射成型过程中的工艺条件,对不同浇口设置的流动情况进行了流动分析,主要通过填充过程工艺参数、浇口压力曲线、螺杆速度曲线、产品填充质量、熔接痕、气穴等对比分析,以保证塑件质量为目的,通过比较选择了最佳浇口位置,以此为例说明了MPI技术在注塑产品浇口设置中应用的优越性。 Simulated injection molding process of computer panel based on computer aided simulation software MPI. The process of the melted plastic flowing into the cavity with different placement of the gate is analyzed, and results are compared by packing phase, pressure at injection location, recommended ram speed,fill qulity of the product, meld lines, air traps, in order to get high qulity of the product. After completing all of these, the optimal placement of the gate is decided from the results. The aim is to show the advantages of MPI for the placement of the gate of injection part.
