摘 要: 为探讨不同低氧预适应方式对大鼠白细胞及其分类计数的影响,随机选择喜好运动,能在跑台上自觉跑步的37只SD大鼠并分为常氧运动组、高住高练组、高住低练组和低住高练组。高住低练组和常氧运动组大鼠在常氧状态下进行25 m/m in的跑台训练,高住高练组与低住高练组大鼠在15.4%常压低氧环境(相当海拔2 500 m高度)下进行20 m/m in的跑台训练,1 h/d,6 d/w,持续4 w。4 w后大鼠禁食12 h腹主动脉取血,EDTA抗凝,采用德国B ayer公司的ADV IA 120全自动血球分析仪测定血液中白细胞总数、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞、嗜酸细胞、嗜碱细胞计数。结果:3种低氧预适应方式的大鼠中性粒细胞计数均较常氧运动组有显著性降低(P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.05),高住高练组、高住低练组与低住高练组间白细胞及其分类计数虽没有显著性意义的差异,但存在低住高练组免疫功能的降低小于其它两种低氧预适应方式的趋势。结论:长期的低氧预适应能显著性降低运动大鼠中性粒细胞反应性,在相当2 500m海拔高度的高住高练、高住低练与低住高练3种低氧预适应方式中,机体非特异性免疫功能影响不明显,但存在低住高练对非特异性免疫功能影响较小的趋势,低住高练是否优于其它两种低氧预适应方式有待进一步的实验证实。 The purpose of this study was to observe the effect of different hypoxic preconditioning methods on the leucocyte subpopulations of SD rats. Thirty-seven male Sprague-Dawley rats which could run consciously were randomly divided into four groups :living low-training low (LL),living high-training high (HH),living high-training low (HL) and living low-training high(LH). The rats of HL and LL groups ran on treadmill at speed of 25m/min in normal oxygen conditions ,while the rats of HH and LH group ran in 15.4% oxygen conditions (correspond to 2500m height) at speed of 20m/min for 1 hour/day, 6 days/week. After four weeks ,all rats were fasting for 12 hours ,blood extracted from celiac artery were resisted curdle with EDTA, and the counts of leucocyte, neutrophil, lymphocyte, monocyte, acidophil and basophil were determined with ADVIA120 hemocyte analysis made in Bayer corporation. The result showed that the counts of neutrophil in three hypoxic preconditioning groups were all lower than the LL rats (P〈0. 01,P〈0. 05,P〈0. 05). The counts of total leucocyte and leucocyte subpopulations among HH,HL and LH rats had no remarkable differences,but there was a trend that the immune function of LH decreased less than that of HH and HL. It concluded that the long time hypoxic preconditioning can decrease the neutrophil reactions of trained rats. During the hypoxic preconditioning of HiHi,HiLo and LoHi correspond to 2500m high,the undifferential immune function has no remarkable differences,but exist the trend that the immune function of LH affects less. The further experiments will be needed to prove whether the LH excels the HH and HL or not.
