摘　　要： 随着移动通信深度覆盖的普遍实施,直放站与分布系统的电信级网管需求越来越迫切。在目前无国际标准组织的规范可循、无主流产品可参考的情况下,本文通过对直放站与分布系统的监控项目与规范、告警定义与形成机制、网管传输模式与通信协议以及网管系统的可扩展性进行详细、充分的研究,制定了满足电信级需求的统一网管规范。同时引导国内外厂家根据该规范开发出了成型产品,实现了某省级移动通信运营商所有直放站与分布系统的网管和监控。 With the repeaters and distributions widely used in the mobile communication system, the network management protocol is more and more needed. Although there is no existed standard protocol, we brought out a new network management protocol on the repeaters and distribution systems after we finished the research of the alarms＇ definitions, communication protocol and so on. Based on the protocol, all kinds of new repeaters have been manufactured and we built a network management system to manage all the repeaters and distributions in the Guangdong Mobile communication system.
