摘 要: 现代国家与社会的关系日益为人们所关注。国家对内负责规则的制定和秩序的维护、对外负责本国的安全,建构社会化模式;而社会中人口因素、弱势群体、文化习俗又会对国家政权及政策发生影响。 Attention is increasingly paid to the relationships between a modern state and its society. Internally, a state is responsible for the formulation of rules and the maintenance of order while externally speaking, it is supposed to take care of its nation's security and the set-up of a socialization pattern. In society, the elements of population, the groups in inferiority, cultural customs and habits exercise impacts on the state's political power and policies.
