硫磺菌发酵液抗菌活性的初步研究

摘  要: 对硫磺菌摇瓶发酵的乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取物进行了抗菌试验。结果表明,硫磺菌发酵液乙酸乙酯萃取物对7种细菌、1种霉菌和8种植物病原菌均有较为显著的抗菌活性,正丁醇萃取物对3种细菌、3种霉菌和5种植物病原菌也具有较好的抗菌效果,且总体上抗菌活性随浓度的增大而增强。结果还显示同一浓度萃取物对不同菌种的抗菌作用亦不同。硫磺菌发酵液中具有抗菌活性物质。 The broth of Laetiporus sulphureurn (Fr). Murrill fermentation in an oscillating manner were extracted with ethyl acetate and n butyl alcohol and the anti-microbial activity of the extracts were tested. The results indicated that the extract by ethyl acetate presented a significant effect on 7 species of bacteria ,1 species of molds and 8 species of plant pathogens, while the antibiotic activities of the extract by n-butyl alcohol on 3 species of bacteria,3 species of molds and 5 species of plant pathogens were also obvious,and the higher the concentration ,the larger the inhibition was, The results also showed that the inhibition on the different tested bacteria and fungi were different with the same concentration, As a result, the broth of Laetiporus sulphureum contained anti microbial active substances.
