摘　　要： 金融需求与货币借贷不能简单等同。在我国农村缺乏金融需求的现状下,找准支持“三农”的切入点和着力点,主要靠商业性金融支持是不成的,要靠政策性金融。要考察农村资金与城市资金互动的社会经济实质。 Financial demands can＇ t be simply seen as currency loans, and part of China＇ s and regions lack financial demands. We should find the accurate point to support rural regions and supporting and regions should mainly rely on the policy finance not the commercial finance. We should study the interaction between rural funds and city hinds.
