摘　　要： 言论自由是一项重要的宪法权利。宪法权利必须实现刑法保护,刑法对宪法权利的保护存在直接保护与通过限制宪法权利滥用而进行间接保护两种方式。从以言论自由为例,对宪法权利如何实现刑法保护进行的解读中,可以得出结论:权利保护,乃是宪法与刑法的最大交集。 The freedom of speech is an important constitutional right ,which must be protected by criminal law through direct protection way and indirect one by limiting the abuse of constitutional right. Take the freedom of speech as example,discussed how is the constitutional right protected by criminal law,and a conclusion could be drawn finally that right protection is the most important intersection of constitution and criminal law.
