摘 要: 昆虫在氧化胁迫下其体内具有一套抗氧化酶和抗氧化剂系统,以抵御活性氧损伤。在氧化胁迫下昆虫体内抗氧化酶系的变化研究相对较多,其中研究最深入的酶是超氧化物歧化酶。另一方面活性氧在昆虫免疫系统中还起到一定的积极防御作用。 To avoid oxidative stress, insects have evolved enzymatic and anfioxidant detoxification systems that efficiently scavenges ROS. Investigation on ROS metabolism in insects mainly focused on enzymatic detoxification systems under oxidative stress, especially on superoxide dismutase (SOD). On the other hand, ROS has beneficial effects on the defense mechanisms of immune systems.
