摘　　要： 潮汕是近代中国从大陆经济大陆文化走向海洋经济海洋文化的缩影,在20世纪30年代,潮汕社会近代化达到了颠峰,其中的重要原因和启示就是文化发展与社会发展的协调性、文化内部结构与层次发展的协调性,实现了文化发展的内外部生态平衡。海外的潮州商人在发展中逐渐形成具有浓郁的地域特色的海洋文化特色。 Chaozhou - Shantou, is an epitome of China＇ s economy and culture from continent to ocean style in early modem China. The thirties of the twentieth century witnessed a peak in the modernization of Chaozhou - Shantou society, a worthy success which is ascribed to the internal and external ecological equilibrium of cultural development implemented the harmony of cultural development and social development and the harmony of internal structure and horizontal development. In their course of development, the overseas Chaozhou - Shantou merchants established their particular culture with the spirit of adventurism , family- orientation, and nostalgia as the characteristics.
