海水除氧剂HC-3的研究与应用

摘  要: 胜利埕岛近海油田采用注海水驱油方式开发,海水含氧7~8mg/L。埕岛中心二号平台海水处理系统采用天然气气提工艺除氧,除氧设备故障多,天然气耗量大,除氧费用高。讨论了8类共11种化合物的除氧机理,并在2mg/L CO^2+催化剂存在下,按理论用量的0.5~2.0倍加入海水中除氧,其中亚硫酸钠、亚硫酸氢钠和丙酮肟效果最好,亚硫酸盐+肟在理论加量条件下可使海水含氧降至零。加量70mg/L时在现场条件下使海水含氧降至0.04mg/L。该复配物定名为除氧剂HC-3,无毒,其水溶液在油封、氮封条件下可分别储存7天、15天,使用防冻液可使凝固点降至-18℃。改用质量比6:4的Cu^2++Mn^2+催化剂可大大提高除氧速率。该除氧剂已于2005年7月投入现场应用,使用一种隔膜式计量泵使除氧剂、催化剂配比精确化。在除氧剂加量80mg/L、催化剂加量16mg/L条件下,处理后海水含氧稳定地控制在≤0.04mg/L。图3表8参6。 The offshore oil reservoirs in Chengdao, Shengli, are developed by sea water flood. The sea water (SW) contains 7-8 mg dissolved oxygen (DO) per liter. On Chengdao's production platform C2, DO in SW was removed through a natural gas (NG) stripping technology on a SW treating facility, which is featured by frequent troubles with equipments, high NG consumption, and costly operations. The oxygen scavenging reaction mechanisms are discussed for 11 chemicals, the laters axe used to remove DO in SW at 0.5--2.0-fold theoretical dosages at the presence of a Co^2+ -catalyst and it is shown that Na2SO3,NaHSO3 ,and acetoneoxime give the brat results and sulfite + oxime combination reduces DO concentration in SW to null at the theoretic dosage in laboratory and to 0. 04 mg/g at dosage 70 mg/L under field conditions. This combination, notated as oxygen scavenger HC-3, is nontoxic and in aqueous solution maintains its reactivity over 7 days under a protective oil layer and over 15 days under nitrogen atmosphere; the freezing paint of the solution can be lowered down to - 18℃ by using a proper antifreezing agent. Using Cu^2+ + Mn^2+-catalyst (mass ratio 6:9) instead notably accelerates the deoxidation reactions by oxygen scavenger HC-3. HC-3 has been put into field use on platform C2 since July 2005, the oxygen scavenger to catalyst ratio squeezed is controlled precisely by using diaphragm metering pumps and the DO concentration in treated SW is kept ≤0.04 mg/L steadily at dosages of HC-3 80 mg/L and of catalyst 16 mg/L.
